Return to Work - How Employers Should Plan to Address COVID-19 as Employees Return to the Office

In March of 2020, employers learned just how productive employees could be working from home when public health officials suggested workers avoid gathering in large groups amid the global COVID-19 pandemic. Then, with effective vaccines available to U.S. citizens, CDC lifted masking recommendations for fully vaccinated workers. Coronavirus cases and hospitalizations are now increasing rapidly, just as the country has begun to see a resurgence of “normalcy.” How do employers navigate the increasing COVID-19 cases in the unvaccinated as the Delta variant has become prevalent?

While it is hopeful to see a brighter light at the end of the tunnel, returning to “normal” does not come without complications. In this webinar, presenter Deborah Roy will give an overview of what we know about COVID-19 thus far, what options are available for employees who are looking to return to the office and what employers should be doing to effectively plan a “Return to Work” strategy. Roy will also discuss ways to ensure your organization is prepared for infectious disease events in the future as well.
